Consultation

We discuss your wants and needs and cover your budget and timeline expectations. We complete a thorough on-site assessment to understand the area and conditions we are working within the best of our ability.
Planning & Design

Depending on the scope of your project, design drawings may be required or suggested. This is a necessary step if your home will require permits. Drawings can also go further to depict your style preferences, types of finishing and give you a glimpse into the final vision on your home. We are happy to match you with a recommended Designer.

We work one on one with our trusted sub trades, offering them every detail of the project in order to provide you with an overall accurate quote. The budget, scope and next steps are reviewed with you in detail so you have all the knowledge to begin with confidence.
Construction to Completion

We put the plan in action and our team works diligently to bring your vision to reality with fine attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Ongoing communication is key and Wes Hoskins, Owner/Project Manager, will personally be available at all times to keep you informed.
